The business originally started as a street team management service, and while this is still available, Rock Solid has expanded to cover two major areas: Public Relations and Fanbase Relations.

Rock Solid has particular strengths within the Music sector, but also offers its services for Film, Television, Theatre, Comedy, Brands, Non-Profit Organisations and Nightlife.

Kirri Liepins is inviting people to tell their fan stories for an upcoming book about fan culture, with the working title of 'Fantiquette' (fan etiquette). Contributors are welcome to share anecdotes and insights, both good and bad. Whether you're a musician, an industry insider or just an insanely dedicated fan, your contribution will help to make this book a definitive guide to the do's and don't's of fandom.
